The Loyalist Automatic features a first for us - a big date and calendar complication. The dial is reminiscent of vintage timepieces with a convex domed shape, hand-applied indices and big date frame while the subdials display the current day of the week and current month. An embossed-croc leather strap with stainless steel traditional tang buckle complement the dial details and give the Loyalist a luxurious look.

Archetype Loyalist Timepiece

Greetings, I've had my "Archetype Loyalist Automatic Timepiece" for a few months. I waited on purpose giving it some time before I left a review. This is a beautiful timepiece, however their are a few adjustments the company need to immediately respond too. 1st Clearer instructions need to be in place for setting the (day) of the week 2nd Both of the (chronograph knobs) changes at the slightest hit against them. Their is no locking mechanism to keep them from moving once they are set. 3rd The (day) mechanism does not keep up as the days change. These few details need to immediately be corrected...

Unrepairable

I loved my Archetype Loyalist, but you should be aware that it is a risky purchase. If anything ever goes wrong with the movement (the date function spontaneously broke on mine) you won’t be able to get it repaired. The movements in these watches are no longer being manufactured. I have sent it to two repair companies, including the one recommended by Watches.com. Neither of them have been able to source a movement to repair the watch. Purchase with caution.
